USL Hospitality Services (also operating as U.S. Hospitality Services) is a staffing agency based in Orlando, Florida. This policy explains how we handle information from candidates applying for work and clients requesting staff.

Information we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, address.
• Work eligibility and background: work authorization status, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number when required for employment.
• Employment information: experience, availability, references, and any documents (resume, certifications) you choose to upload.
• For client/employer requests: company name, contact person, staffing needs, location, and start date.

How we use it

• Match candidates with open positions at our clients.
• Respond to staffing requests and follow up on leads.
• Comply with employment, tax, and immigration requirements.
• Improve our services and internal recruiting operations.

Sharing

We share candidate profiles with prospective employer clients as part of the placement process. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (hosting, email, background checks) under confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.

Security & retention

Information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Only authorized USL staff can view candidate and client records. We keep records for as long as needed to provide staffing services and to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law.
